加藤滋樹
代表取締役会長・最高経営責任者兼最高財務責任者。
1980年6月生まれ、愛知県瀬戸市出身。2003年4月名古屋市立大学経済学部卒業、2013年3月名古屋大学大学院経済学研究科修了し経済学修士号を取得。
2003年4月瀬戸商工会議所に奉職、産業観光、子どもから大学生、社会人まで幅広い年代を対象とした人材育成施策、リーマショック後の雇用促進対策、陶磁器を中心としたマーケティング施策、日本政策金融公庫の融資支援、輸出に関する公的承認業務に携わる。
2008年より弊社前代表者・高橋綾太が取り組みをスタートしたNPO法人事業の支援を行う。商工会議所時代より現在まで一貫して名古屋大学で学ぶASEAN留学生を支援。2015年12月に瀬戸商工会議所の職を辞し、150人のIT人材を抱える企業の管理部門責任者に就任。資金調達や公的投資ファンドとの交渉並びに派遣法等コンプライアンス管理を担当。その後コンサルティングファームにおいて、M&A、データサイエンスを生かした経営改善、行政の補助金に関する業務を経験したのち、2018年11月より前代表者の高橋に代わり、弊社代表取締役に就任。着任後は業績拡大に尽力するほか、コスト管理及びバックオフィス業務の強化、海外人材のコーディネート業務等新規事業開発を行っている。2020年4月より現職。事業全般の方向性の確立、国内外の拠点整備並びに財務戦略を担当。
趣味は登山、ギター・ピアノ演奏、読書。中部経済新聞において毎週土曜日にエッセイ「現代の論語と算盤、人づくりとマーケティングの時代」を連載中。

Chairman, Chief Executive officer & Chief Financial Officer: Shigeki Kato
Born in June 1980.
Apr. 2003, Graduated from Nagoya City University, Faculty of Economics. In March 2013, I received a master’s degree in Economics from the Graduate School of Economics, Nagoya University. In April 2003, I started working for the Seto Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and involved in taking measures to develop human resources for a wide range of ages, from children to university students and adults, measures to promote employment after the 2008 financial crisis, marketing measures to expand sales mainly ceramics, review loans for the Japan Policy Finance Corporation, and public approval of exports. Supporting the project that Ryota Takahashi has been working on since 2008. I retired from the Seto Chamber of Commerce and Industry in December 2015. I assumed director of the management department of a company with 150 people of IT stuff, and financing and negotiated investment funds, as well as managing compliance. After that, providing support for management improvement and administrative subsidies, M&A, and utilizing data science, by a consulting firm, I became President and Representative Director of mobility career in November 2018.I am in charge of clarifying the direction of our entire business, establishing sales offices in Japan and overseas, and financial strategy.
My hobbies are mountaineering, playing the guitar and piano, and reading books on economics and humanity. Every Saturday from January 2018, I am serializing a 1000-character economic column in a newspaper published in the middle of Japan.

加藤優
代表取締役社長・最高執行責任者兼最高マーケティング責任者。
2007年3月金城学院大学文学部卒業。名鉄観光サービスにて営業及び添乗を担当する。常に「お客様が行きたいと思う行程表を作成すること」を心がけ、営業成績優秀で同期トップを数度受賞。退職後はその経験を活かし地元観光協会に勤務し観光バスの誘致や観光パンフレット作成等の誘客事業に従事。
2019年10月、子育て中の女性の隙間時間を活かした社会参画を支援する株式会社ポケットクローバーを設立、代表取締役に就任。2020年4月より現職に就任。弊社における実務全般並びに致知出版社『人間学×マーケティング』著者・池田篤史先生師事のもとマーケティング施策を実践。日本語講師経験あり、コーチングを用いた創造的問題解決手法に強みを持つ。
趣味は旅行、美味しいものを食べ歩くこと、旅のしおりづくり、道の駅切符・御朱印・御城印を集めること。

President, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Marketing Officer: Yu Kato
I graduated from Kinjo Gakuin University Faculty of Literacy in March 2007. I got a job at the largest travel agency in the Chubu region and experienced sales and tour guides. My sales performance was excellent and I won the first place many times among those who got a job at the same time. After getting married, I used my experience at a travel agency to work for a local tourism government. In October 2019, I established Pocket Clover Co., Ltd. to support social participation by taking advantage of the gap time of women raising children, and became the representative director. I have been in my current position since April 2020 and am in charge of general business and marketing strategy at this company.
